People still use Hotmail?

I know, it is unfortunate, but for FREE, as in, hotmail is not really free if you want any 'good' features, you really can't beat Gmail.

I have a billion email addresses I use, but google's is the most reliable, BUT, not as reliable as my own domain's. I have it set to check POP 24/7 ever 5 minutes and it goes 'down' more often than my own domain's email, but alas, for free, you can't beat it.

That's exactly what I felt. I was sceptic about GMail webmail until I gave it a try. And I use it since then as a secondary mailbox. All primary mail is routed to standard mailbox and fetched by desktop mail client and all the other stuff like subscriptions, news, forum registrations etc. - everything goes to GMail account. Additionally GMail does spam filtering on all that secondary mail.
